Excellent Service

I received a voucher for a golf experience as a gift: a round of golf and lunch with a golf pro - great gift but for a beginner like me I felt it was a bit beyond me. Are green fees and accommodation included?

Yes - both are included in the price. You pay once at checkout. We cover the green fees and bed and breakfast at your chosen hotel for the duration of the itinerary.

How does booking work?

Once the voucher is redeemed, we coordinate with the hotels and courses directly, confirm availability, hold the options, and book everything in the recipient's name. Most bookings are confirmed within a few days.

How far in advance should we book?

The longer the lead time, the better. The hotels and courses are subject to availability at the time of booking. If you have specific dates in mind, redeem early to give yourself the best chance of securing them.

Do these breaks work on weekends?

It depends on the itinerary. The Classic (Western Gailes and Prestwick) is available Sunday to Friday only. The Links Tour (Bogside, Barassie, Dundonald, and Prestwick St Nicholas) is available on weekends - a Friday arrival supplement of £20 per person applies, which we will confirm before any dates are locked.

What if a hotel or course isn't available on our dates?

If your preferred hotel or course isn't available, we will suggest an alternative of the same standard. We will always check with you before confirming anything different from what's on the voucher.

Can we swap courses on the itinerary?

Yes, within reason. If you'd like to swap one of the courses for another on the Ayrshire coast, you would pay the difference in green fees if applicable. Get in touch when you redeem and we'll work out the best option.

Is travel included?

No - travel to and from Ayrshire is not included. The voucher covers green fees and bed and breakfast only. Glasgow Prestwick Airport is minutes from the Carlton Hotel, and Glasgow Central station has regular trains to Troon and Prestwick.

How long is the voucher valid for?
