Refund policy for Swyng golf gift vouchers and experiences.

At Swyng, we want to be as transparent as possible. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Gift Vouchers

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your digital gift voucher purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.

To request a refund under this guarantee, please get in touch via our website with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Once a voucher has been redeemed or used to book a golf experience, the 30-day money-back guarantee no longer applies.

1.1 Digital Content

As our gift vouchers are delivered digitally and considered "digital content" under UK law, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once delivery has started. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is offered voluntarily and is separate from, and in addition to, your statutory rights.

2. Digital Delivery

All gift vouchers are delivered digitally via email. Vouchers are non-transferable and must not be resold or exchanged for cash.

3. Faulty or Undelivered Vouchers

If you do not receive your voucher within 2 hours of purchase:

  • Please first check your spam/junk folder
  • If it's still missing, contact us at support@swyng.co.uk with your order number and the email address used at checkout

We will make every reasonable effort to resend the voucher to the original email address provided.

Physical Hamper Orders

4. Cancellations

Hamper orders can be cancelled any time before your order is despatched, at which point a full refund will be issued.

5. Returns

You have the right to cancel a hamper order, for whatever reason, up to seven days after receipt of goods, provided that:

  • We are notified in writing or by email within 7 working days of delivery
  • The hamper does not contain any perishable items (such as fish, cheese, or ham)
  • The hamper remains unused and no components have been opened
  • The hamper is securely repackaged and returned to us using a suitable courier of your choice, at your own cost
