Shipping for Swyng golf gift vouchers and experiences.

At Swyng, most of our products are delivered digitally. Golf vouchers and e-cards are sent by email. Golf hampers are shipped as physical orders.

1. Digital Delivery (Vouchers & E-Cards)

All gift vouchers and e-cards purchased through our website are delivered electronically via email. No physical items will be posted for these products.

2. Delivery Time (Digital)

Once your order is completed and payment is confirmed, your voucher will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout - usually within a few minutes.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 2 hours. If you haven't received your voucher after this time, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Ensure the email address provided was correct

  • Contact us at support@swyng.co.uk

3. Golf Hamper Delivery

Golf hampers are physical products and are shipped to your delivery address. All hamper orders include free standard UK delivery — no minimum spend required.

Hampers are dispatched within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–4 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for entering a valid and accurate email address and delivery address. Swyng cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect contact or delivery details.

5. Redelivery (Digital)

If you've deleted or lost your voucher email, get in touch and we'll do our best to resend it.
